Agreement Terms
1. Collaboration
The Creator agrees to create and publish content featuring or promoting Typus.ai.
The Creator may create and publish as many posts/Reels as they wish under this agreement.
2. Content Requirements
The Creator has broad creative freedom regarding the format, style, topic, and presentation of the content. The content may showcase Typus.ai in any way that naturally fits the Creator’s style.
- •Talk about Typus.ai or discuss their experience using it.
- •Show the Typus.ai user interface or website.
- •Demonstrate the app and show results created with it.
- •Incorporate Typus.ai into another type of creative or educational content.

View ExamplesFor each qualifying post:
- Typus.ai must be tagged in the post description/caption as @typus.ai.
- The Creator must either:
- mention/talk about Typus.ai within the video, or
- visibly show the Typus.ai website, app, or user interface within the content.
Beyond these requirements, the Creator is free to present the product in their own style.
3. Additional Social Media Channels
If the Creator has additional social media channels, they may also publish the content on those channels.
Views generated on TikTok and YouTube will also count toward the performance compensation, provided that the content is published in accordance with the requirements above and clearly features or promotes Typus.ai.
Views from qualifying posts across the Creator’s TikTok and YouTube channels may therefore be combined for the purpose of calculating compensation.
4. Compensation
For each qualifying post, the Creator will receive:
There is no guaranteed base fee or minimum payment.

| 200,000 views | USD 400 |
| 250,000+ views | USD 500 maximum |
The USD 500 cap applies separately to each qualifying post.
5. View Count
Views will be counted 14 days after the post is published.
The view count at that time will be used to determine the applicable performance compensation.
Where a qualifying post is published on multiple platforms, the qualifying views from TikTok and YouTube may be combined.
6. Free Access to Typus.ai
The Creator may request free access to Typus.ai in order to use the app and create content featuring the product.
Typus will provide the Creator with the necessary access where reasonably possible.
7. Multiple Posts
There is no limit on the number of qualifying posts the Creator may publish under this agreement.
The compensation cap of USD 500 applies separately to each qualifying post.
8. Invoicing and Payment
In order to receive any payment under this agreement, the Creator must provide Typus with a professional and legally valid invoice containing at least the following information:
- Full legal name and address of the service provider (Creator)
- Invoice addressed to:TYPUS Lab (haftungsbeschränkt)

- A clear description of the services/content provided
- The amount due and currency
- Any applicable VAT rate and VAT amount, or the applicable legal basis for not charging VAT
- Bank/payment details required to process the payment

The Creator is responsible for ensuring that the invoice complies with all applicable legal and tax requirements.
Any payment owed by Typus under this agreement will be processed only after receipt of a complete and valid invoice from the Creator.
